1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting services, submitting forms, or entering into an agreement with FR Construction Services LLC ("Company", "Contractor", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, clients, and visitors.

2. Licensed Contractor Status

FR Construction Services LLC is a State of Florida Licensed and Insured Contractor. License numbers include but may not be limited to:

  • CGC1522224 – Certified General Contractor

  • CCC1336629 – Certified Roofing Contractor

All services are performed in accordance with the Florida Building Code and applicable local regulations.

3. Estimates and Proposals

All estimates and proposals provided are:

  • Based on available information at the time of preparation

  • Subject to change upon site inspection, engineering, permitting, or unforeseen conditions

  • Valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated

Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract.

4. Contracts and Payments

All construction services require a signed written agreement. Payment schedules may include:

  • Deposit

  • Progress payments

  • Final payment upon completion

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of work.

The Company reserves the right to file a Claim of Lien under Florida Statutes Chapter 713 for unpaid services.

5. Permits and Inspections

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • The Contractor will obtain required permits

  • The Owner agrees to provide access for inspections

  • Delays caused by permitting agencies or inspections are not the Contractor’s responsibility

6. Scheduling and Access

Clients agree to provide reasonable access to the property. Delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Material shortages

  • Permitting

  • Acts beyond Contractor control

shall not constitute breach of contract.

7. Warranty

Workmanship warranty terms are defined in individual contracts. Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by others

  • Improper maintenance

  • Natural disasters or acts of God

Manufacturer warranties apply separately.

8. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Submit false information

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Misuse website forms or systems

All content is property of FR Construction Services LLC.

9. Limitation of Liability

FR Construction Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Jurisdiction shall be in Hillsborough County, Florida.
